Flexible Spending Plan Documentation: Faculty and staff, who are participating in the health care and child care flexible spending plans, are required to keep receipts, explanation of benefits and other documentation for all flexible spending plan expenses in case their claims are not substantiated by our third party administrator, WageWorks, and supporting information is requested.
